Everything for “Spot Light” has been updated with the correct web address. I have continued to post up more flyers. As for information about the street team I hope to go out April 19th at 1:30pm until 3:30pm. I have received a list from the class about who wants to come. However, I will email everyone tonight about the date and those that couldn’t come before perhaps can come this time. It would be nice to have two groups of five or more to go help. The leaders of the group will be Hillman and I. We will all meet at the Commons circle at 1:00pm in order to get to Brooklyn at 1:30 and start on time. If you need to carpool with someone please let me know. Also those that can have people ride with them please let me know so that I can seat people. Once I have a response of who is officially going I will update my Blog. I believe that Alex is going to send out a mass text message the Thursday of that weekend, as a reminder to those that are coming. We hope to have the T-shirts in no later than next week so; people need to wear their shirts. In addition, Hillman is coming up with a script of what to say to the neighborhood people. He will hopefully post the script for people to see soon. Hillman also will show where we will go within the neighborhood, so that we stay organized and on schedule. Lastly, I need for people to respond to my email no later than next Tuesday evening.
